A2: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, Credit Card, PayPal, Cash and Escrow. We will issue a commercial invoice including all costs for your confirmation. Please note that import duties and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer.

A7: We provide online technical support, printing parameter suggestions and operation videos. Before changing to our ink, please clean the ink system and do not mix with other brands of ink.
