How UV DTF Transfer Works

1. Print the design
The printer outputs color, white, and varnish layers onto Film A.

2. Laminate with Film B
Film B is laminated onto the printed design to create the transfer sticker.

3. Cut the design
Trim the graphic based on your application needs.

4. Peel and apply
Peel off the backing film, place the design onto the target surface, and press firmly.

5. Remove the top film
Peel off the top film to complete the transfer.

A1: The UV DTF printer first prints on AB film and then transfers the design onto the substrate surface. It can be applied to phone cases, glass, plastic, metal, wood, leather, acrylic, packaging boxes, and many other flat materials. 

Q2: Are the printed designs scratch-resistant and washable?

A2: With specialized UV inks and varnish, the prints are waterproof, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, and durable with a glossy finish for long-term use.

Q3: Does UV DTF printing require a heat press?

A3: No. UV DTF printing uses UV LED lamps to cure the ink directly during printing, without the need for an additional heat press process.

Q4: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A4: The MOQ for ink is 20 bottles (1kg/bottle); the MOQ for film is 10 rolls (100m/roll). Machines are available for single-unit purchase. Free consumable samples are also available—please consult our sales team for details.

Q5: What is the lead time?

A5: 1–2 days for sample orders, 3–5 days for bulk orders. Machines are usually shipped within 5–7 days after payment, depending on the order requirements.

Q6: What shipping methods are available?

A6: We can ship by express (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), air freight, or sea freight, depending on customer needs.

Q7: How long will shipping take?

A7: 2–3 days via express, about 2–6 days by air, and 20–35 days by sea (depending on destination).
